 XAMPP MySQL stops working

Some times in Windows 10 or 11 MySQL build-in XAMPP for Windows stops working at all.

 Solution

You need to uninstall XAMPP and install it again

  1. Make sure you are commited and pushed your file changes to Git repo

  2. Uninstall XAMPP after you are sure your lates file changes is in Git repo

  3. Install XAMPP again after you are deleted C:/xampp

  4. Clone Git repo again to folder C:/xampp/htdocs after successful XAMPP reinstallation

 

You can also move the folder C:/xampp/htdocs/i4ware_SDK to the Windows Recycle Bin before uninstalling XAMPP. After reinstalling XAMPP, simply restore the folder from the Recycle Bin.
